What draws people to your booth

Nobody stops for a brochure. Everybody stops for a cup.

A trade show floor is a wall of identical pop-up banners. A live espresso bar is the one thing on the floor people actually walk toward — and once they're standing at your booth, you get thirty seconds to make your case. If what you actually need is service for the crew working the show rather than the attendees walking it, that is backstage and green room service.

01
No booth power to negotiate
The cart runs on its own battery and its own water tank. No convention-center power drop to rent, no extra line item from the venue.
02
Fits a standard booth footprint
Just under six feet long, just under two feet deep — it sits inside most 10-by-10 spaces with room for your team to still work the floor.
03
Built around show hours
Single day, three-day conference, or a multi-day expo — tell us the schedule and we staff around it.
04
One contact, start to finish
The person confirming your booking is the one behind the bar on show day.

Built to draw a crowd

The line becomes your booth's best marketing.

At a show where every exhibitor has a giveaway, a live pour is the one activity people queue for on their own. We build the menu around your brand — drink names, colors, even a custom cup sleeve — so the wait becomes part of the pitch instead of dead time.

01
Campaign-built menu
Drinks named and designed around your product, finalized with your team before the show opens.
02
A queue that works for you
Volume-paced service keeps the line moving and keeps people standing exactly where you want them — in front of your booth.
03
Lead-gen without the awkward ask
A cup in hand gives your team an easy, low-pressure opening line with everyone who stops.

Questions exhibitors & organizers ask

Your expected booth traffic and the hours the floor is open are what set it. Traffic is difficult to pin down in advance, so it works better to tell us the range you are planning around than to commit to a single guess. Oat milk, syrups and decaf are included either way. Send your dates and you will have a figure back usually the same day.
No. The cart carries its own power and its own water, so there is nothing to request from the venue and no extra utility fee to negotiate.
Yes. We build custom menus around your brand, name drinks after your product, and can coordinate cup sleeves or signage with your team ahead of the show.
Yes. Single-day shows, three-day conferences, and multi-day expos are all things we schedule around. Tell us the hours for each day and we will build the coverage plan.
Yes. We invoice through Square and can provide a W-9 and the insurance paperwork your venue or AP team needs. Tell us what the show organizer or your finance team needs and we will match it.

If you can get a booth there, the bar can stand in it.

Show floors rarely make power easy or cheap. The cart sidesteps that entirely, running off its own battery bank and carrying its own water in.
