Sigo is a mobile espresso bar based in Spokane, Washington. Most weekends the cart is somewhere in Spokane County — a backyard in the South Hill, a loft downtown, an orchard up on Green Bluff. Plenty of weekends it crosses the state line into North Idaho.
Travel is folded into your quote up front. You will never get a surprise mileage line on an invoice.

The venue does not have to provide anything.
Half the best venues around Spokane are a field, a barn, or somebody’s backyard. That rules out most coffee catering. It does not rule out Sigo.
Self-contained power
The cart carries its own battery bank. No generator humming through your ceremony, no extension cord across the lawn, no draw on the venue’s panel.
Our own water
We arrive with the water for your service window already on board, and we leave with the waste. Your venue’s plumbing stays out of it.
Under six feet of counter
The cart is just under six feet long and just under two feet deep. Give us roughly eight by five with room to work behind it, on level ground with a path to roll it in.
We load in early
The cart rolls in, sets up, and is pouring before your first guest looks for coffee. Send us your venue’s load-in window and we work inside it.
