Orchard country rules out most caterers. Not this one.
Green Bluff is orchard and barn country north of the city — exactly the kind of venue that usually rules out coffee catering, because there’s no power to plug into.
That’s not a problem here. The cart runs off its own battery bank, so a barn, an orchard row, or an open field is no different from a hotel ballroom as far as service goes.
Two things decide a Green Bluff setup, and neither one is the menu: what the ground is like where you want the cart standing, and how tight the schedule runs on a festival weekend. Send the venue and the date and both get worked out up front.

Orchard and barn logistics
The farm does not have to run power out to you.
A barn with no service panel and an orchard row with no spigot are the two things that usually end a coffee catering conversation. Up here they are just a Saturday.
No panel in the barn
Most barns on the bluff have lighting and not much beyond it. The cart carries its own battery bank, so there is no tie-in to hunt for and no generator running behind an outdoor ceremony.
No spigot in the orchard
Water for the service window comes with us and the waste goes back out the same way. Nothing gets pulled off a farm’s well or irrigation line.
Rolls on gravel and packed ground
Just under six feet long and just under two feet deep, on wheels. A gravel drive or packed dirt is fine. Deep soft grass or a real slope is the thing to flag when you send us the venue.
Harvest-season drive time
From late summer through the fall, weekends on the Green Bluff loop fill with festival traffic. Bookings in that stretch get extra drive time built in, so a slow crawl past the orchards never turns into a late setup.
