Office campuses on one end, lake houses on the other.
The east side of the county tends to mean two different kinds of bookings: corporate campuses and office parks in Spokane Valley, and lakeside receptions or country club events out toward Liberty Lake.
The cart works both the same way — rolled in, self-contained, and pouring before anyone’s looking for coffee, whether that’s a Monday all-hands or a Saturday reception on the water.
The two ends of the county ask for different timing more than different service. A corporate booking is built around a meeting block that cannot move; a lakeside reception is built around light and photographs. Tell us which one you are working around and the schedule follows it.

Offices on one end, water on the other
Neither the office nor the venue has to set anything up.
An office lobby on a Monday and a lakeside reception on a Saturday have almost nothing in common. Neither one has anywhere convenient to plug in a coffee bar, which is the part already solved.
No facilities request
Pulling power in an office building usually means a ticket, a facilities contact and a lead time you did not plan for. The cart runs off its own battery bank, so none of that has to happen for a Monday all-hands.
No break-room sink
Water for the service window is already on board when we arrive, and the waste leaves with us. Nothing routes through a break room or a country club kitchen.
Fits a lobby corner
Just under six feet long and just under two feet deep. That is a corner of a lobby, a slice of pre-function space, or a patch of level lawn above the waterline.
Works inside building security
Some campuses need a name at the desk in advance and a freight elevator booked ahead of time. Send whatever your building requires and the cart arrives already inside that process.
