Why a cart
A café that shows up on the one day it matters.
A café waits for people to walk in. Most of the days worth remembering are not happening inside one — they are in a barn on Green Bluff, a backyard on the South Hill, a lobby downtown at eight in the morning.
So the café goes to them instead. Same machine, same beans, same standard as a bar you would drive across town for, parked wherever your day is actually happening.
