Where we pour
West of the city, most bookings trace back to EWU.
Most of what we serve west of the city is tied to Eastern Washington University — commencement weekends, athletics events, staff gatherings — plus venues along the Highway 904 corridor out toward Medical Lake.
Same cart, same self-contained setup, just a slightly longer drive that’s already priced into the quote before you ever see a number.
The two halves of this area book differently. Campus dates get set months out and cluster on the same few weekends. Medical Lake and the smaller venues out along 904 tend to be quieter and more flexible about timing. Either way the drive is already inside the number that comes back.

Campus and lakeside logistics
Nothing has to be arranged on the venue’s end.
West of the city the venues run from a university hall to a lake shore with nothing on it but grass. The cart arrives ready for either, because it needs nothing from the site.
No facilities request on campus
University buildings route power through facilities, which means a request form and a lead time. The cart runs off its own battery bank, so a commencement weekend or a staff gathering needs none of that.
No plumbing at a lake site
Water for the service window is on board before we arrive and the waste leaves with us. A park shelter or a shoreline with no plumbing works exactly the way a building does.
Fits a hall or a shelter
Just under six feet long and just under two feet deep. It sits along a wall in a campus hall or under a park shelter without taking the room over.
Built for a busy Cheney weekend
Commencement weekends put the whole town in motion at once. Bookings on those dates get extra drive and load-in time, so parking on the 904 side of the trip never decides when service starts.
Good to know
Cheney to
the lake.
