Questions
Everything people actually ask before booking — pricing, power, space, and how the day runs. If we have missed something, just ask.
Request a Quote →The basics
Every event is quoted on its own. Guest count and how long you want the bar open are the two numbers that move it, and nothing gets bolted on afterward — oat milk, syrups and decaf are never separate line items on any quote. Send your date and a rough headcount and one clear number comes back, usually the same day.
Espresso, americano, flat white, and latte — hot or iced. Plus tea, matcha, and hot chocolate, which is honestly our favorite thing to make for the kids at a wedding. On top of that, we design signature drinks around your event.
- A real barista — the owner — for your whole service window
- The full espresso menu, plus your signature drinks
- Cups, lids, milks, and syrups
- Our own power, and water for the service window
- Setup and breakdown
- Travel inside our service area, folded into your quote up front
Two hours is the minimum. Most events run two to three, and we will go up to about six.
On the day
Neither. The cart runs off its own battery bank — no outlet, no extension cord, no generator running behind your vows. We arrive with our water for the day already on board. A barn with no service panel is no harder than a hotel ballroom, and neither is an open field. One honest nuance: if we are pouring past about six hours, being within reach of an outlet is a nice-to-have — never a requirement.
The cart is just under six feet long and just under two feet deep, so it fits almost anywhere — a corner of the reception hall, a patio, a spot on the lawn. And because we do not need an outlet or a hookup, you are not stuck putting us wherever the plugs happen to be.
The owner. Every time. You will not be told who your barista is a few days beforehand — the person who answers your first message is the person pouring at your event.
Sigo Coffee Company is a licensed Washington business. Health permitting and event insurance get handled per event and per venue — tell us where you are hosting and what paperwork they need, and we will deal with it directly so you do not have to.
Spokane and the Inland Northwest are home — Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and over to Coeur d'Alene. Most of what we book sits within about ninety minutes of downtown Spokane. Further out is a conversation, not a no — travel gets built into your quote up front, never added afterward.
Booking & payment
A 50% deposit reserves your date. We run one cart and one calendar, so dates go first-come, first-served — the deposit is what makes it yours. The remaining half is due 30 days before your event. Once the deposit is in, we start sourcing beans and building your menu. Send your date through the booking form, or call or text (509) 251-1657 if you would rather just talk it through.
Everything runs through a Square invoice — card or bank transfer, whichever you prefer. Separately: at open-service pop-ups where guests buy their own drinks, it is tap and mobile pay only, no cash.
Life happens. Reschedules are free with at least seven days' notice and we will find a date that works. Inside of seven days, reach out — we will do what we can.
Yes. We will arrange them through a local bakery so they are fresh and actually good. Tell us what you are imagining and we will sort it out.
Yes — both. A monogram for a wedding, a logo for a launch day. Tell us what you want it to look like.
Just ask.
