Opposite sides of the city, same easy drive.
Airway Heights and Deer Park sit on opposite sides of the city but get the same treatment — an easy morning drive for a resort property on the west plains or a north county venue near Deer Park.
Both are close enough that travel is a non-issue and far enough that most vendors don’t bother making the trip. Travel is folded into your quote either way.
The difference between these two is the arrival, not the service. A resort booking is a scheduled dock and a short walk to the room. A Deer Park booking is a longer drive and a look at the ground before the cart rolls anywhere. Both get sorted well before the day.

Resort floors and rural properties
No hookup on either end of the drive.
A resort ballroom and a property outside Deer Park sit at opposite ends of the county and opposite ends of formality. The cart is the same at both, and it needs nothing from either one.
Nothing billed to the venue
A resort will usually charge for power at a banquet space, and a rural property may not have any nearby at all. The cart carries its own battery bank, so neither one turns into a line item or a problem.
Water arrives and leaves with us
The water for your service window is on board when we get there, and the waste goes back out with the cart. Nothing runs through a resort kitchen or a private property’s well.
Fits pre-function space or a lawn
Just under six feet long and just under two feet deep. That fits a corner of a pre-function area as easily as it fits a gravel turnaround at a country property.
Dock schedules and long driveways
West plains resorts run on a loading dock schedule. North county properties run on a driveway that might be a half mile of gravel. Send whichever one you have and the arrival gets planned around it.
