Backstage hospitality runs on different rules than the main event. It's a small, private setup — for the artists, the crew, and the staff working the room — that stays out of sightlines and doesn't need a spotlight of its own.

The cart carries its own battery and its own water tank, so it sets up in a green room, a loading dock, or a backstage hallway without needing a building tie-in.

Just under six feet long, just under two feet deep. It fits in a corner of a green room without crowding the space.

Straight answers

Questions production & venue staff ask

Crew size and how long you need the cart on site are what set the number. Oat milk, syrups and decaf are inside it rather than billed separately, which keeps the line simple for a production budget. Send the date and a headcount and it comes back usually the same day.
No. Everything travels with the cart, water included. Green rooms, loading docks and backstage hallways work without a building tie-in, which also means no cable run across a path people are using.
Yes. Backstage service is booked and staffed separately from any guest-facing bar. It is a private setup for the people working the event, not a second public station.
Two hours is the minimum, and we will go up to about six for a long call time. Tell us the schedule and we will build the window around it.
Yes. We invoice through Square and can provide a W-9 and the insurance paperwork your production office needs. Send us the production office requirements and we will fill them out the way they want them.

A corner backstage is all the footprint it needs.
