Why Sigo
(3)We believe the best experiences are the ones where every detail is felt, not just noticed. Rooted in the philosophy of unreasonable hospitality — doing more than expected, every time — we treat each interaction as an opportunity to make someone feel genuinely cared for. Your guests won't just remember the coffee. They'll remember how it made them feel.
Third wave coffee is about more than a great cup — it's a celebration of the entire journey from seed to shot. Every barista who pulls a thoughtful espresso is paying respect to the farmer who spent a season cultivating that bean. We source with intention, brew with precision, and serve with the understanding that craft at the bar begins long before we arrive at your event.
No two events are exactly the same — and they shouldn't be. We don't arrive with a one-size-fits-all setup. We listen to your vision, learn your guests, and craft an experience intentional to your specific needs. The coffee feels like it belongs at your event because it was built for it.
My name is Nathan, and I started Sigo because I believe the only way through is through.
That's not a slogan. It's something I've had to live out. Life has handed me seasons I wasn't prepared for — some that knocked the wind out of me, and some that reminded me what I was made of. What I've learned is that the people who make it to the other side aren't always the most talented or the most resourceful. They're the ones who kept going when it would have been easier not to.
Sigo means "I keep going" in Spanish, and that's the heartbeat of everything I do.
I've spent seven years behind the bar developing a craft I'm genuinely proud of. Before that, I spent years in leadership at Apple, where I learned what it means to hold yourself to a standard — not because someone is watching, but because it's the right way to operate. Those two things together are what I bring to every event I serve.
When you book Sigo, you're not just getting great coffee. You're getting a full café experience brought directly to you — curated drink menus, high-quality ingredients, latte art, and someone who takes the details seriously. Everything I serve is made with intention. There is nothing on my bar that takes a shortcut or attempts to go around industry standards of excellence.
I built this for moments that matter. Weddings, private gatherings, corporate events — these aren't ordinary days for the people in that room. I don't treat them like they are.
If you're ready to bring something genuinely special to your next event, I'd love to be a part of it.
Questions, answered.
Almost nothing. Sigo is fully self-contained — we bring our own power, our own water, and the entire café with us. Indoor or outdoor, backyard or vineyard, venue outlet or no outlet at all: if we can roll the cart in, we can serve. Most setups don't even need a tent.
